Looks great: I'm a moron however and thought this was a WP template

My I appeal to your greater nature and get a refund somehow? A check with my envato history will show exclusively WP themes / plugins. I will never use your theme as awesome as it looks (that's why I eagerly downloaded it without really scanning the specs) I ended up on your theme after looking for a specific WP plugin and saw that it mentioned requiring HTML5 canvas; so then I searched 'HTML5 canvas' in Themeforrest, forgetting about the Wordpress filter - your theme popped up, looked swell and I got with 2 WP plugins... then I realized my supreme idiocy and oversight when reading the documentation.
