Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the issue appears to be with some 3rd Party JS Plugins which is holding up the Page load. We have attached the image for reference.

We can assure you that the issue is not due to Canvas Template as everything is static. Make sure that your Media is optimized and CSS/JS are minified. Consider checking out these Suggestions: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/website-optimization-tips/ which should definitely help in speeding up your website.

Hope this Helps!

I removed this code and the problem remains the same. On mobile devices, these two requests block display for up to 20 seconds - Screenshot_3, guys who work with the server said that these requests are blocking the display. What file or code initiates this process?

As I wrote earlier, no changes have been made to the code for a month, and this problem has appeared since yesterday.

Now we have created a second site on the server, and this site does not have this problem. - Screenshot_5

Hello,

The main.js and main.css you referring to is not from our Canvas Package. You can check the Default Files and you will not find any file with this name. This code is already there in your HTML File (check screenshot).

These Files are not there in the Canvas Package and has been added manually. Simply remove this code and please make sure that you double check the Codes before uploading to your Servers to cause any unexpected issues.

Hope this Helps!

I have restored the pages from the last backup. The problem disappeared. Someone or something posted this code on all pages of the site.
Possibly a virus ...

Glad that the issue was resolved. While I highly doubt that this is Virus as the URL says Kaspersky Labs along with an https://. Do you by chance use Kaspersky as your Antivirus and then Copying your Website's Codes using Browser's Inspect Element?

MMaximM777Jul 27, 2021

I have Kaspersky on my computer, I work with files via notepad ++

think he could be inserted along with the code via ctr + c / ctr + v?

SSemicolon WebSTAFFJul 27, 2021

Yes could be possible. Please ensure that the Codes are copied only from the Files opened in the Editor to avoid any unexpected issues.
