I am having a minor problem with the Canvas template that I cannot seem to rectify. The issue is that our logo for the website DOES appear BEFORE upload, but DOES NOT appear AFTER upload, in the upper left corner of the home page (see attached images). All linked files have been uploaded. Please help. Thanks in advance. http://newcityde.org
Logo Not Appearing After Upload

Hello,
We have checked out your Website and the issue with the Logo not displaying is that you have not added your Retina Logo which is causing the Logo to not display on the Retina Devices. Please make sure that you have already uploaded your Retina Logo: images/logo@2x.png . Complete setup instructions for the Retina Logo can be found in the Documentation > Start > Logo Settings Section.
This will automatically fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

I checked, and checked again. The 2X PNG file is uploaded, and properly referenced in the HTML. I even uploaded the 2X image file again to make sure. But, it is still not appearing when browsing the page after upload. Something else is going on that I am unable to determine.
This is very strange since two different FTP clients are telling me that the files are there. See attached screen captures from my computer. Could this be an issue with my web host? Do you have any other suggestions to possibly fix this? I am stymied!
Uploading a simple HTML, the images do appear, http://newcityde.org/logotest.html
<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<title>New City Logo Test</title>
</head>
<body>
<div>

</div>
<div>
</div>
</body>
</html>
So, the image files are there. But, on the index.html they do not appear, http://newcityde.org/
Hello,
The issue is in your Version of the Image, the name is logo@2X.png where the X is an upper case character while in the Template it is a Lower case character. So simply changing this will fix the issue. Please make sure that you are updating the spellings in the HTML File as well so that everything works fine and you do not face unexpected issues.
Hope this Helps!

OMG! Thanks so much! I was racking my brain. I should have known it was case sensitive. Guess I was too close to the project to see the obvious. Should we ever meet, you have my permission to smack me. :^) Thank you for your all of your responses, and patience!
