one more question how do i remove the spinner in the middle after form submission ?

Hello,

  1. We have checked out your Website and the Logo Image is way too large! Please make sure that the Height of the Image is 100px, but the Width can be flexible.

  2. You can simply delete the .form-process Element from inside the Form's HTML Code.

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
