Logo Increase Issue

Question

Hello again Team Wonderful!

I have an issue with a logo. My client insist on increasing the logo, but when I do increase it to 120px height, it pulls everything below that apart because the menu space below it doesn't seem to 'push' everything else down. I've tried everything and can't find a fix for this.

See this link: https://www.aftershock.co.za/approvals/ipps/ (height is set at 100px). If you try to increase it, you'll see that it affects everything below it (screenshot of problem attached).

Can you please advise?
