Consider using the following CSS Code:
[ch_pre]body:not(.device-touch) .clients-grid .grid-item a {
backface-visibility: hidden;
}[/ch_pre]

We have checked this out and this issue does not occur on our browsers. Is there any specific browser you are facing this issue on? Additionally, there is no Hover Action attached to this section so we are not sure why you are seeing an issue with this.
