Logo does not show up on mobile devices

Question

Hi,

The Canvas HTML template is great. However, I ran into a problem....the logo shows up fine on desktop, but it does not show up on mobile devices.

I checked on an iPhone 7, and the logo is invisible.

Can you please help out with this?

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and the issue is that the you have not added the Retina Logo to your Website which is the reason why the Logo is not shown on devices which has Retina Resolution. Simply add the Retina Logo Codes as in the Default Templates and the issue will be automatically resolved. Your code should look like this:

On iPhone 7, iPhone 6 and iPhone 5, the logo does not show up!

Only on iOS devices, for some reason, the logo disappears and becomes invisible.

Is there a way to fix this bug?
