Link (or other solution) to go on top of a responsive table

As you see in the file attached (fig.1) I am try to create with the "responsive-tab" a long list of items (35). My problem is that when you click on the lower rows the content change in the top of the page and, due to the long list, it seems empty. I have not found a code to go at the same time at the top of the page, I think that it could be a solution, or a code that allows the right section to "flow" according the height of the line on which you click (I do not know if it is possible to do so).
I hope I have been clear despite my English.
