Is it possible when using data-lightbox="iframe" that the web page in the background can disable scrolling and only allow the iframe to scroll?

Hello,
Yes definitely possible! Simply find the fixedContentPos: false in the js/plugins.lightbox.js File and change the setting the true.
if you are using the js/plugins.js or the js/plugins.min.js File, you will need to change the value in these files too.
