Hello, I want to insert an image gallery in my site.
The images should be have a thumbnail and appear when clicking in Great .... with back and forth ...
In addition to above the image a title and appear below the description.
Is this possible with the built-in Lightbox?

This is Definitely Possible. Please consider using the Gallery Example from the lightbox.html Template. You can simply add the title attribute to the Lightbox Image's <a> tag to show a Title for the Image in the Gallery.
