I bought the theme to build a (mother) site for a client. The client does have 4 other (child) small sites with different url want to use the same design/look and feel that already done on the mother site. But just with different logo and content. Do I have to purchase 4 other licenses for this purpose. Or the one that I purchased for the mother site will be enough?

Unfortunately, 1 License can only be used for 1 Domain according to the License Guidelines. So if your domains are different, you will need 4 Licenses. Consider confirming this with Envato: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . Thanks for your Patience.
