Layout of the site is not correct while open on mobile

Hello:
When I open the site(http://easyweb.goblinlab.org/public) on mobile device , the layout is weird.
You can check attachments to find them.

For example:

1. the logo doesn't show in the moddle.
2. the menu button doesn't work.
3. the content doesn't change to one column layout.

I tried to check all css link , but their links seems work.

Besides, when I click some buttons(not login), sometimes the login window shows up.How to fix it?

Please give me some advices for these two problems.Thanks~
