I can't read Slovak on the website (question marks appear instead of accented characters), how do I set it up?

Hello,

We have checked this out and the issue appears to be with the Text Editor you are editing the Codes on, as the Source Codes also have these characters. Please make sure that you are using a Text Editor like VS Code or Sublime Text that does not modify the special characters and this should automatically fix the issue.

Hope this Helps!

Hello,
Are you saying that if I continue to use Notepad as a text editor to edit your codes, that it will be bad. I have been using Notepad for 15 years and now I should start using something else??? Is it possible to modify your source code so that I can use Notepad???

Hello.
Fortunately, this website (https://slavikteam.sk/) has little text, so I solved the diacritics (Slovak language) manually, letter by letter...

QUESTIONS:

001 = What is the name of the background color of the top bar, what is the color code?
002 = What is the name of the background color of the bottom bar, what is the color code?
003 = What is the name of the background color of the penultimate bar, what is the color code?
004 = What is the name of the secondary menu color, what is the color code?
005 = I have the headings in the VAG Rounded font, but it only shows locally, can it be inserted into the code so that it can be pulled via Google?
006 = Where is the file and the place in it to enter the email for subscribe?

I think all the above colors are in the style.css file, but I can't find them there.
