Landing Page 5 - Help with Contact Form

Hello,

I really need help trying to configure the contact form for landing page 5.
Please see the form in the attached.

I would like that when someone clicks "Send email" it sends an email to my gmail account. I'm really new so I really need detailed steps if possible.
Which files do I need to change? With what? I probably need to add my mail server somewhere, I just dont know where.

I tried configuring Mailchimp with this form but I dont know how to, if a guide exist, please point me to the right place.

Please help.
