Just need a little help with some tweaks!

I've created a new website (I purchased another license) and need some help just finalizing a few little bits. It's a very simple website, so it shouldn't be too difficult, but I'm struggling to work these issues out:

1. Can't remove white background on Header bar (should be transparent - like it is when scroll down)2
2. Overlay Menu does not close when links clicked?
3. Anchors don't move to section, they seem to go past a little at the top under the menu, how can I adjust to make them sit correctly?
4. Cannot get site to change font to Monserrat (it's available in google)
