The template includes jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js and jquery.themepunch.revolution.js. They are different versions. I assumed that one would be the minified version of the other. Which should I use?

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!
Please use the jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js File.
These files have been directly copied from the Revolution Slider Plugin provided. We will take this up with the Authors and will release an Update as soon as there is fix from their end. Thanks for your Patience.
