Jittery Menu in Chrome, FF and Edge

Hi, we've been using Canvas 4.3 for a couple years now and it's been great overall. However, randomly while scrolling through a page the header will "jitter" up and down very quickly when transitioning from the full header to the compact one. In other words, if it starts to jitter and if you leave the curser where it is, it will do it indefinitely. It's like it can't decide what to do (shrink or expand).

With that said, I have a hard time consistently recreating this behavior - it's very random. Upper management has recently taken notice of this small glitch and are asking to have it resolved.

Is there anything I can do JS or CSS-wise that would make the header more tolerant to avoid this? Any insight would be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Tim

Hello,

We have checked this out, however, since you are using a Very Very Old Version of Canvas, support for this has been discounted as it has reached its end of development and requires lots of Customizations in terms of CSS/JS. We have already made huge improvements to the Sticky Menus in the Latest Versions of Canvas: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/intro.html .

So, we recommend you to update to the Latest Version of Canvas as Support is only limited to Included Features but not Bug Fixes in the Older Versions.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
