It looks like Canvas is not easily editable with Adobe Dreamweaver. No WYSIWYG

I'm wondering why the WYSIWYG is not working properly in Adobe Dreamweaver? For us non-developer types and also UX/UI designer types, Adobe product are our primary tools.

Do I have some sort of setting wrong? Or is it true that you don't support Canvas working in Adobe Dreamweaver?

Hello,

Apologies for the Inconveniences!

Unfortunately, Canvas is not to be compatible with Dreamweaver explicitly. It uses normal HTML/CSS Codes but Dreamweaver does not parse everything correctly. Less than 0.01% of the Users have enquired about Dreamweaver (last one was about an year ago) and also Web Templates are made for the Browsers but not how they work on Web Editors. There are many users for whom Dreamweaver works fine but we currently cannot provide any guarantees for the same as we have never used Dreamweaver for development. So we are not sure what is causing these issues. Canvas works fine with all the Editors except just Dreamweaver (which might be because of their settings or syncing functionality, we don’t know). We have users that have mentioned that Dreamweaver Code View works just fine.

So, unfortunately, this is something we do not Support, since this is something that is not a Feature of our Template.

For any other Support related to Canvas, we are always here to help.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
