issues to install Canvas theme

Hello,

i have just bought today the Canvas theme. Here is my transaction order number :

Item purchase code : 0c4e9e69-7d73-4018-a1f6-382cad1292dd
Purchase Date : 2021-10-30 14:10:58 UTC

After few tries, the theme can not be install and i do not know why, i got an 503 error.
I'm a regular user of wordpress theme and as a webmaster i use to install many themes.
More, the files package is about 830mb and inside i don't have the usual files as it should be, it seems files are missing.
So, i would like to get a refund of the theme, and as you can verify, the licence keycode has not been activated.

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.

You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.

I didn't use the theme i paid for. You well know and you can verify it.
If you don't proceed to a refund i will make a video content on youtube and leave a negative feedback.
You can refund it, it is possible, but you hide under envato policy. So your attitude is totally unfair. Please get my request to someone in charge please.

Sorry but you are threatening us? You did download the Item from ThemeForest right? We have no way to verify if you are using this illegally. The Title of the Item clearly says Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template, clearly mentioning that this is an HTML Template and not a WordPress Theme. And WordPress Themes are not priced at $16. This is clearly a Mistaken Purchase or something else? You can read the Refund Policy here: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy . So it would be great if you would please not say things like these: "i will make a video content on youtube and leave a negative feedback" and kindly contact Envato Support directly: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . They handle Refunds and can definitely help you out with this and provide more clarity.
