Hello,

Apologies for the Delays.

We had tried checking your Website a few days ago but it was not accessible which is why it was kept on hold. In fact your website is still returning an Error when we are trying to view any Real Estate. Please consider checking this and please provide us with a Valid Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more accurate assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Thanks for your Patience!

We are receiving this error.

Thank you for your support. The error was due to the English version; in the Spanish version that was loading for me, I couldn't appreciate it. You can now review the case I have registered.

Hello,

Thanks for your Kind Patience!

We have checked this out and this issue is due to Customizations. The exact issue here is due to the Slider not being directly added after the Tag (like in the Default Files) but being wrapped inside the which is why the Transparent Header functionality does not work as expected. The .include-header Class must be applied to the Element that is directly after the `` for it to work correctly.

Hope this Helps!

Hello:

The suggestion did not work, you can see the change in this link to video I attach (VIDEO).

The wrapper that generates me the <Table> is a .NET programming code that I can't bypass... Would you have any additional suggestions please?

Beyond the code, it seems that the suggestion is not the right one.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

The issue is with the `` Tag being added wrapping the .include-header Element. Additional debugging and Custom Codes might be required in order to fix this as the Code Structure and functionalities provided are not the same as the Default Files. And we might need your FTP Details to proceed further.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello:

How strange, it seems to have been fixed but I haven't done anything and I don't think you have either. The other thing I'm checking is that it still happens in Chrome, but it doesn't happen in Firefox or Edge. In the mobile version it doesn't happen.

Any suggestions for Chrome? It seems to be a browser issue as it happens to me in an incognito window as well.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

We have been trying to find out the possible cause of this issue and we can confirm that this happens only on Chrome on Non-Retina Devices, so this is something which is completely beyond our control and happens only with Revolution Slider. Additionally, this is something which is related to Customizations and integrations with ASP.NET which is beyond the scope of included support. You can consider trying the following CSS Code:
[ch_pre type="css"].tp-parallax-wrap {
transform-style: inherit !important;
}[/ch_pre]

It seems to be working fine for us. But please understand that any further customizations must be handled manually and in accordance with the Item Support Policy: https://support.semicolonweb.com/support-policy/ .

Thanks for Kind Understanding.
