Hello:

I have a website at this url: https://www.capitiz.com/Index.aspx that has 2 problems:

  1. When it loads, there is a white band that appears above the TopBar, then the page "settles" itself and looks normal. How to avoid this effect?

  2. When I view my page on a mobile, there is no responsive design, the page is tiny... what could be going on?

My template is based on the RealEstate demo.

Regards

Hello,

  1. Use the following CSS Code:
    [ch_pre type="css"]@media (min-width: 992px) {
    #header.header-size-md + .include-header.include-topbar {
    margin-top: calc( -80px - 2px - 62px );

    }
    }[/ch_pre]

  2. This issue is due to the following missing code:
    [ch_pre][/ch_pre]

Make sure that you are properly checking and retaining the codes from the Default Files while Customizing your Website to avoid any unexpected issues.

Hope this Helps!

Hello, thank you very much for the help.

Regarding the license, I remember having bought it for a website that is not in a production environment and that was rejected, www.capitiz.com is the only website where we are using the template. If you could tell me what domain you have registered with my account I might be able to help you clear up the problem.

Hello,

Thanks for clearing this up.

The License Violation notification was triggered based on your past support queries, including different websites, different Niche Demo queries, and just Support Extensions for the past 7 years which is very unusual. Since you can use only 1 Regular License per Website, this type of usage breaks the pattern and triggers a warning. We request you follow the Licensing Rules.

Thanks for Understanding.
