I am having an issue with my instagram widget. It just continues to say loading images and never loads anything.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Mark

Hello,

We have changed the Instagram Codes in the Latest Version of Canvas. Make sure that you also have the include/instagram/instagram.php File uploaded to your Servers and setup according to this Documentation: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/widgets/instagram-widget/ .

Additionally, please make sure that your Files are up to date according to the Changelogs: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/changelog/version-6-2/ .

Hope this Helps!

I have updated to 6.2, however I am not running a php enabled server and it was working without it before.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Mark

Hello,

Unfortunately, currently there is only an Option to make the Instagram APIs work more smoothly with PHP. Since the last codes caused the Access Token to disable after while for most of our users. So PHP is used to cache the Images and not interact with the APIs again and again that caused issues earlier. So this is the best possible currently available which will work for most of the users.

Hope this Helps!
