that gives indication to how many visitors visited my website and how many from them submitted a contact form that can be emailed to me once a week for example?
I had a form that I've downloaded once to another website I did that was able to do that...
so was wondering if that's something available on the template?

HTML Templates do not have this Feature, you will need to use an External Service like Google Analytics or equivalent.
