Is there a way to click on menu items that have a sub-menu?

I have one menu (Solutions menu) where I would like to have the menu items clickable as well as their sub menu items. Is this possible and how would I go about implementing this?

Apologies for the misunderstanding. We have checked out your Website and the Menu Items are not clickable because of this code attached to your .menu-item Elements: onclick="return false". Simply removing this code should automatically fix the issue.
