Hello,
I use ajax to send add item request to my server.
I wish that the top cart content could refresh after ajax success without refresh whole page.
Is it possible?

My item cart page:

Hello,

Unfortunately, this Functionality is currently not available out of the box and not supported on an HTML Template. So this would require some JS Customizations which is currently not included in Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

Did you give me some keywords if Canvas didn't support this function directly?
Maybe I could find some sample code to let it work.

Thanks for any help.

Hello,

Unfortunately, not. As this is a functionality dependent on Database and AJAX. Or you will need to use AJAX to scan the Cart remotely and extract the Cart Contents. As this is based on Customization, there are no ready-made codes for this and you will need to integrate this manually.

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

you misunderstand what I want.

I am a backend engineer, and I know how to code the API using by AJAX or handling database.

What I want to know is how to rerender part of html(the top cart content) but not all page.

If I got which mechanism could finish the magic , I could call the function in the AJAX call back function.

Hello,

Thats exactly what we have mentioned in the above reply. You can extract the Top Cart content of the Page using AJAX. But as this falls under Customization, we cannot provide you with a Workable Code for this since we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .

You can consider checking this: https://api.jquery.com/load/ .

Hope this Helps!
