I'm close, but not yet solved

I'm still getting a JS window in my searrch results and when I click the search button I'm seeing an extra field for my searches.

Hello, The Codes you are using is incorrect and not according to the Documentations. You will just need to change the Key at the bottom of the Page. That's it and not add any additional codes. Delete the Lines of Codes as highlighted in the Image attached. Then find the following code: [ch pre][/ch…
