Hello!!
I have a client on the Canvas 4.2 template. They just complained that using an iPhone does not allow them to use the menu on mobile.
What is the easiest way for me to fix this without a site rebuild or full upgrade to higher version?

We have just checked this out and it appears to be working perfectly fine for us on an iPhone 13. Please check the Video attached.
Additionally, we currently do not provide support for Canvas Versions below v5.9 due to end of Development Lifecycle for those Versions as they include many obsolete scripts which could not work on Modern Latest Browsers.
