This theme was recommended to me as a Wordpress theme. I purchased it as such, but it doesn't install as a theme on Wordpress. How do I go about installing it?

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
