Hi,
I purchased the Canvas Theme, I've been trying to install the theme to wordpress but it says 'This site can't be reached' it only does this for your themes and plugins for some reason. I have also tried to upload it through CPanel but that also does not work.

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
