As I try to install the theme I get the message. Do you have a walkthrough video for this specific template.
Note: I'm working locally using Mamp
Secondly, Why can't I download wordpress files only from the Themforest?

Really Apologize for the Inconveniences but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else.
