Hi,
Thank you for Canvas - seems pretty great so far!
I have some questions which I cannot find answers too...

  1. I was expecting to find sass files for each e.g. I am using demo-travel and can only css files.
  2. I was expecting to find a file similar to bootstrap.scss to import the appropriate sass files - how should these be achieved for upgradability ? I want to be able to generate a single css file as an output with all the sass imported
  3. Why is there an php file to change colour? I would expect to change a sass file with my colours and all the css files are generated based on the sass incl colour.

Please can you clarify / refer me to documentation on what I might be missing?

Hello,

Thanks for the Kind Words! :)

  1. The SASS Files currently exists only for the Main Demos. Niche Demos currently do not have a SASS included. But we will be including them in Future Updates. However, this roll out will approximately take 2-3 months as we work on this on all the Niche Demos.

  2. We already have SASS Files included with Canvas and you can consider using only the style.scss File. As bootstrap.scss is already imported using this File. Consider using the sass/_variables.scss File to edit the Default Settings.

  3. You can use the sass/_variables.scss File to edit the Primary Colors when using SASS. The css/colors.php File is only for users who use Vanilla CSS.

Hope this Helps!

Thank for the reply.
I have managed to use the css files and change them to sass files and can build a single css file.
Looking forward to future update with the sass files so upgrading will be simple for me.
