Hello,
Please make sure that cURL and allow_url_fopen Functions are enabled in your PHP. This is required for the Instagram Feeds to work.
Enabling this should automatically fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

They both are, and already were?
Like I said the include/instagram/instagram.php always returns http 500 on pageload?
Hello,
Then there appears to be some PHP Error in the include/instagram/instagram.php File. Add the following code at the very top of your include/instagram/instagram.php File just after the PHP opening Tags:
[ch_pre type="php"]error_reporting(E_ALL);[/ch_pre]
which should display all the possible errors. Please notify us about the Error Message you see, so that we can provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience!
Additionally, if you like, you can also provide us with your FTP Details so that we can check this and fix this for you.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
I have made that change but cannot see any output?
I have also created an ftp account for you to use, how should I send you it?
Thanks so much.

Hello,
Thanks for your Patience!
We have tried Logging In to your FTP but we are getting "Home Directory not available" error due to which we are unable to check your Files. Can you please provide us with Valid FTP Credentials so we can properly check out your Files and fix your issues with this? Thanks for your Patience.

That's great, what was the change you made to fix? What was the problem?
Hello,
It was most definitely due to File Permission errors. We deleted the Old One and generated another one. It worked.
Hope this Helps!
