Hi,
I added the instagram Widget to my page, but there is always
only the loading screen "Fetching Photos from instagram..".
There is no error in the php log (I already added error_reporting(E_ALL); to the instagram.php file).
Also there is no error in the log.

Now it works, you can close the ticket.
Seems to be that it take some time after the first upload.

Thanks for your Patience!
Glad the issue was resolved. The Instagram needs a little bit more time to load the data the first time due to the APIs, then the data is cached and retrieved only once every 60 minutes to respect the Rate Limiting from Facebook APIs.
