I am sorry, but the problem of "input2" is still appearing - it seems I haven't solved it. Again, when uploading no file the information "Input2:" is send via email - instead of nothing.
I've put: <input id="input-3" name="quick-contact-form-[]" type="file" class="file" multiple data-show-upload="false" data-show-caption="true" data-show-preview="true" multiple />

We have checked this out repeatedly along with the Default Forms included with Canvas: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/forms-job.html which has the File Input used and we are not receiving any Blank Inputs even if we do not select Files. So the issue appears to be with incorrect customizations. Please consider using the codes from this Template following the structures so that everything works as expected.
Additionally, please never use: quick-contact-form-[] or quick-contact-form[] for either id or name Attributes as this would cause unexpected errors. Moreover, always validate your HTML Codes, as we can see some errors on the Validator: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fachuebersetzungsdienst.com%2Fkostenvoranschlag.html .
