What/where controls the initial page image fade in speed?

Hello,

You can simply add the data-speed-in="2000" Attribute to the <body> Tag to increase/decrease the Speed. 2000 is 2 Seconds in milliseconds, so you can change the value according to your needs. Complete Instructions can be found in the Documentation > Start > Page Transition Section.
