I am looking for the full page layout as was displayed on the sales page for this version:

But cannot find the page details in any of the Index versions.

This is a Different Template. Meanwhile, you can find the Semi Transparent Header Example here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/header-semi-transparent-dark.php . You can find this Template in the Package/HTML Folder with the name: header-semi-transparent-dark.html File.
