I have a problem with images when I add any image to sliders or news it's not appear well maybe like some compress to images happen I upload your template image and the same problem (http://developer.qualitey.media/assiad/public/ar/new/7)
you can see the image I try to add it to slider or new in attachments.

The Template does not have any codes to compress the images. The Images used are good quality but they appear to be in Small Sizes: http://developer.qualitey.media/assiad/public/uploads/blog_images/34trhHf3SxUwZCM9GePJXlHiod45EWac3sHinpwG.jpeg . This results in Bad Quality Images when displaying them on Elements which require Larger Image sizes. Make sure that you upload the Full Quality Image. Additionally, you also appear to be using an External Service to upload your Images which might be causing these issues.
