I would like to use an image from rs-demo-premium-car.html (BMW car image "include/rs-plugin/demos/assets/images/bmw2-1.jpg"). Am I free to use this image in my site with regard to copyright? Or is the image under the image creator's copyright restrictions? I have looked (almost) everywhere for an answer but can only find general references that either copyright situation could apply.

This Image is provided with the Revolution Slider Plugin and if the Plugin Developers are including this Image with their Plugin, you should be able to use it for personal use.
Regarding the rest of the Demo Images and Graphics included in the Package, they can be used since they are Free to use. Do consider providing Credits to the Websites as we have in the Documentation > Credits Section.
