Hi,
Recently bought the template, checked the Niche demo templates, but does not suit my preferred design.
A few of the index_.. matches somewhat close to what I envisage my site landing page and navigation should be.
If I check the HTML folder, there are different groups of files (based on the first part of filenames), would have been helpful if you can explain the scenarios of using those file groups.

We really Apologize but we did not quite understand your Query. All the Niche Demos are displayed on the Live Previews (as is) before you purchase the Template.
All the Template included within Canvas are provided for Design and Templating purposes so you can use them as is or take blocks of code from those templates and combine them into your own Separate Custom Template.

I guess my query is to understand how to use the Canvas template. Your documentation is clear on how to use the Niche Demo Templates.
You have provided several html files in the Package/HTML Folder. My understanding is that they are templates of different components of websites. So files like about.html, about-2.html etc. are templates for the About Us page. Similarly contact****.html are templates of Contact Us page etc.
What are the index****.html files used for? What are the use cases for a buyer of the template to use those?
I'm sure Canvas cater to different use cases, other than customising the Niche Demo templates, which is why there are files other than those related to Niche Demo templates.
I do not intend to take blocks of code and assemble them to create my site from scratch, which I'm sure not the goal of a Template.
So basically, what I'm looking for is a sequence of steps to get a working site locally.

The index-****.html Files are examples of Homepage Templates that you could use as your Website's index.html Page depending on what type of Niche your Website falls into. And they are the part of the Classic Demos which were released back in 2014. So it is easier to make the UX/UI of all the other Pages of your Website to look similar using the different templates for different types of pages included with Canvas. Also you can assemble certain blocks from different templates (except Niche Demos) and paste them into any of the preexisting templates to create your own Unique Layout.
