I use sendemail.php in my pages with the template form. When I test the form I have this error registered in the error.log file:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: template-contactform-botcheck in /home/.../public_html/Nova/include/sendemail.php on line 38
When I use the form I receive an ok (message send correctly) but I don't receive any email.

My website is in Godaddy, I have not problems with MailChimp and subcribe.php
You can access on our provisional location https://adreamup.com/Nova/
Can you help me to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

  1. You were receiving an Error Message for the Bot Check as the template-contactform-botcheck codes were missing. It appears to be working fine at the moment.

  2. Since you are not receiving messages, it appears to be an issue with GoDaddy Servers and you will need to contact their support staff in order to get this fixed. Additionally, some Hosting Servers now enforce you to use an Email with the same domain name you are using on your Hosting Servers to be able to send the email successfully as a security measure. So using an Email from the Same Domain of your Hosting Servers should automatically fix the issue.

Hope this Helps!

Thanks for your reply. I have the emails from my website managed with google, I use one of them in the sendemail.php and for that reason Godaddy rejected it and generated an error. As you commented using a godaddy email address, problem was solved.Thank you.
