Good afternoon sirs. I have a problem applying the "Side Navigation .html" element to a page I am developing. When I copy the "side navigation" element to the page I want to insert it, a bug occurs. The side buttons do not work, and the content is outside them. As shown in the following image:

For you to provide us a Live URL, you will need to put your Website online first. Only then you can provide us with the Live URL.
Additionally, as a hunch, consider replacing all the $ to jQuery in your jQuery Code. This might fix your issue. But if not, you will need to provide us with a Live URL.
