I can't seem to upload the zip file on WordPress. The error site can't be reached is always showing up after I upload the theme.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
