I can’t install the theme or it gives me an error or access denied and can’t find the css, Extra Stylesheets and other folders required for installation

The error you are receiving is not due to the Canvas Template. This appears to be an error with the Servers. Meanwhile, for the correct way to Install Canvas on your Servers, please check this Guide: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/installation/ .
