I can't install the Canvas theme on my site. On the server I cannot find the folders indicated in the installation guide. I've tried various solutions but they don't work. I ask for a refund and withdraw from the purchase.

The Live URL you have provided us with appears to be a WordPress Website. Apologies for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
