I can not get the PHP Mailer to work

Please help!! I have seen the other advice you have given, spent two hours tinkering with it, and still cant get it to work. I get the whirly bird (infinite loading)

The email gets sent out almost instantly, however, I get stuck on the html page, it doesn't update.

I have version PHP 7.2

Sorry, I do not have permission to edit... but I have this problem still:

When a user fills out the contact form on my website and finally clicks the send button, his/her message is being sent and I also receive the message in my mailbox.
However, the user does not get to see the confirmation that the mail has been sent, but only the the little rotating symbol that something is being processed. And this rotation never finishes. The user has to refresh his browser to be able to continue surfing.

I changed the code so that you can read that output.

do not do $mail->SetFrom( $email , $name );
do $mail->SetFrom( 'winner@gmail.com', 'mhk5040' );
