For some reason, the video in my slider stops playing after a few seconds in Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.77) Any idea why this might be happening?

Hello,
We have checked out your Website, however the HTML5 Video appears to be working fine for us without any interruptions. However, please make sure that your Video sources URLs are properly configured. The https://www.risingtideweb.com/images/risingtide-video.mp4 URL returns a 404 Error.
