Hello,

We have checked this out and what we can determine from the issue is that there are some JS Errors on your Page (due to Older Codes) which might be causing this because some Browser executes functions differently and if there are JS Errors, other JS functions will not work. Consider fixing these JS errors and this issue should be resolved.

Hope this Helps!

Hi, first of all, thank you very much for your support in troubleshooting. To pinpoint the exact issue, I have now uploaded the original template, but unfortunately, the video still does not play there. I must mention that I used the package generator for this. Currently, I suspect the problem is directly related to the Revolution Slider.

Your original template: https://soul-in-harmony.de/index-corporate.html

There seems to be an issue with autoplay in Firefox. Please scroll between the slides; after scrolling back to the first slide (which contains the video), the video functions correctly. However, if you reload the page in Firefox, the problem reoccurs. Firefox does not automatically transition between the slides either. By the way, I have now fixed those two JavaScript errors in the startpage. However, the issue with the video not loading/autoplay in Firefox still persists.

Bye Matthias

Shame on me. Chatgpt helped me out:

Chatgpt:"Check Firefox Settings:
Ensure that the autoplay feature is not disabled in the Firefox browser settings. Firefox has certain restrictions on autoplaying videos, especially with sound. Users might need to interact with the page first before autoplaying content is allowed."

I haven't encountered that information about Firefox employing such a "feature" before. Nevertheless, it's functioning now!

It turned out to be a Firefox issue. Thanks for troubleshooting and reviewing the code!de!

Bye Matthias
