Hello, How do I update the Canvas theme from 6.1.3 to 6.1.4? Am I going to copy and paste directly?

You will need to manually Update the Files according to the File/Code Changes mentioned in the Changelog: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/changelog/version-6-1-4/ .
