how to use the "MEGA MENU" link at the "TOP BAR / LINKS" class?

hi i need your help, is there anyway that i can use the MEGA LINK (MEGA MENU) at the TOP BAR / LINK?

Unfortunately, the Top Links Menus currently does not the Mega Menus of the Primary Menus since they have different styling and functionality.
