Just wondering:
How to show different footer when it is not desktop? and set it sticky on bottom all the times?
I am going to have a brief footer to show : contact us, address (Google direction link) and a promo button only for footer when it is not desktop browser

You can consider using the Bootstrap Display Utility Classes: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/utilities/display/ on the Elements you want to Display/Hide in the Footer on different Devices.
Unfortunately, Sticky Footer on Mobile Devices is currently not available out of the box and will require some CSS Customizations.
